July 17, 2024

Greetings CHPA Community,
Hopefully you have heard, but we are excited to share that Community Health Provider Alliance (CHPA) is merging with Colorado Community Managed Care Network (CCMCN)! As you know, CHPA and CCMCN have long been dedicated to improving the efficiency of the healthcare system in Colorado. Our partnership dates back to CHPA’s founding in 2014, and this merger marks an exciting new chapter in our collaboration. By merging, we will combine our efforts to enhance capabilities for you, our members, and the patients you serve.

We are also delighted to announce that Jason Greer, the CEO of CCMCN, will lead the merged organization and was named CHPA’s Interim CEO on July 12, 2024. Our previous Interim CEO, Ben Wiederholt, will assist with his transition in an advisory role for a few weeks, but Jason is the main point of contact for CEO-related matters and can be reached at jason@chpanetwork.com.
We are so grateful for everything Ben has done for us and our mission over the past two years. If you are interested in learning more about what’s next for him, you can connect with him on LinkedIn.
With an anticipated merger close date of January 1, 2025, please be on the lookout for a more formal brand launch for the new organization in early January. In the meantime, CHPA and CCMCN will continue to collaborate but will operate as separate entities, maintaining our current email addresses, websites, and other communication channels.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to anyone at CHPA. As a reminder, all employee email addresses can be found at chpanetwork.com/members/ (password: Chpamember!).
Thank you for being a valued member of CHPA!
