Caitlyn Diroff, Executive Assistant & Communications Specialist at CHPA, recently completed Impact Denver (Spring 2022 cohort) through the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation. Impact Denver is a 6-month program that puts up-and-coming professionals on the fast track, learning about community issues, discovering their authentic leadership style and completing a community project with a small team during this six-month program. Throughout the program Caitlyn met influential leaders and changemakers; learned about prevalent issues in Denver Metro influencing education, housing, racism, and environmental justice; and partnered with the Filipino American Community of Colorado to revamp membership and corporate donor strategies.
