Kerry Cogan passed away August 14, 2023 after an inspiring and courageous battle with an illness. Kerry was the founding CEO of the Colorado Health Provider Alliance (CHPA) and served until August 2022. Thanks to her leadership and expertise, Kerry led CHPA from a concept to the strong non-profit Accountable Care Organization that we are today. She effectively cultivated and established relationships with our member CHCs, community partners, and payers. She was respected and admired not only in Colorado but nationally, and she supported other states and organizations to form ACOs.
